Alam Online delivers to customers in Lebanon and internationally. This policy explains how and when we deliver your order.

Delivery Area

We deliver locally within Lebanon and ship internationally. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders shipped outside Lebanon are limited to 10 cans of nicotine products per order.

Delivery Fees and Pricing

We do not offer free shipping. Product prices listed on the website do not include delivery fees. The delivery fee is calculated using DHL's rates for your delivery address and is shown at checkout before you confirm your payment. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Information requirements: Please provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Finality of orders: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the items or the shipping address, and orders cannot be cancelled.

Order acceptance: Alam Online reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.
